- It is clear that there is a vacuum in congragational care Most church members feel neglected because no one seems to care about them.
- People desire attention when they or their loved ones are in hospital, or any other similar institution
- Church members need personal prayer when they face some crisis in life.
- Church members need to know someone will be there for them during tough times as well as good times.
